Multi-Drug 6 in 1 Combo Test Cassette
1. Product Description
Name: The Multi-Drug 6 in 1 Combo Test Cassette
Test Item: MOP/MET/KET/MDMA/THC/COC
The Multi-Drug 6 in 1 Combo Test Cassette is an immunoassay based on the principle of competitive binding. Drugs which may be present in the urine specimen compete against their respective drug conjugate for binding sites on their specific antibody. There are two test strips in one test panel. The test strip one has immobilized specific MOP/KET/THC synthesis antigen in test region. The colloidal gold pad contains colloidal gold labeled anti specificity and anti mouse MOP IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse KET IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse THC IgG monoclonal antibody and rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody. The test strip two has immobilized specific MET/MDMA/COC synthesis antigen in test region. The colloidal gold pad contains colloidal gold labeled anti specificity and anti mouse MET IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse MDMA IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse COC IgG monoclonal antibody and rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody.
3. Directions for Use
It must read package insert before testing. Allow the test device, urine specimen and controls to reach room temperature(20°C-30°C)
(1)Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it.
(2)Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it in one hour as soon as possible, especially when temperature exceed 30°C or under the high humidity conditions.
(3)Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device.
*The result should be read in 5-10 minutes after transferring specimens. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
4. Interpretation of Results
(1)Each test card contains two test strips and each strip should determine the test results independently according to image above.
(2)MOP is Morphine. MET is Methamphetamine. KET is Ketamine. MDMA is Ecstasy. THC is Marijuana. COC is Cocaine. T1-T3 means different test regions.
(1)Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediately and contact your local distributor.
(2)The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but within the fixed time, it should always be considered as negative whenever there is even a faint line.
Expression: This assay provides only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternate chemical method must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical result. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) is the preferred confirmatory method. Clinical consideration and professional judgment should be applied to any drug of abuse test result, particularly when preliminary positive results are used.
