Henderson man arrested after deputies find drugs, synthetic urine kit in car

A Henderson man was arrested after police said they found marijuana, Xanax, ecstasy and a UPass Fetish Urine drug test kit in his car.

Zachary Chandler Simpson, 26, was charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance measuring between 4 grams and 400 grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance measuring less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana measuring less than 2 ounces and possession of a drug test falsification device. He was held Tuesday in the Gregg County Jail on bonds totaling $112,000.Sheriff's deputies were called about 9:15 p.m. Monday to the TD Mart in the 8700 block of Estes Parkway in reference to an intoxicated person.

A search of Simpson's car turned up seven bags of marijuana measuring about three-fourths of an ounce, almost 5 grams of Xanax, more than 5 grams of ecstasy, a marijuana pipe and the drug testing kit.
